“I had a wonderful experience. Because the service would be a bit longer than originally planed, I opted to try the refreshments. I appreciated that the cookies/chips/Frito's were individually wrapped and coffee was in single serve units. Jeff went the extra step to run next door to get the creamers (they were out). Most importantly, I was clearly told what was going to be done, what it would cost and the time estimate was accurate. The inspection form was explained & copy was given to me. This is July 2022, two years, five months into the Pandemic. The waiting room was clean and roomy. I felt safe (with respect to Covid), the staff was efficient & treated all the customers with respect. I really liked the electronic scheduler that kept track of each vehicle in the service area. I knew my tires were inspected as it came into the service area & felt confident that MY CAR was being looked after properly! ...Very cool that each car had its picture on the board. Check-in time was listed and the current time was also at the bottom of the screen.”

“Came into ER once with family member on our own. Family member is a senior with several health issues. Waited in the ER for hours and ended up going home without seeing the doctor. Came in again twice with same family member in ambulance. The staff was attentive, but we were there over 12 hours before we got a room. The last time was by ambulance and it was only a few hours before getting a room. Once she was admitted the staff was very friendly and attentive. I guess it's the ER staff that needs an overhaul!”

“Got two beautiful rings from here last week while I was out here for work. This week I came back again and noticed the ring on my pointer finger began to tarnish. I went back, the lady was super sweet for one during my first visit I was there for like 30 minutes and she was super patient with me as I was looking back and forth between two rings. Coming back the second time she was even better! Allowed me to do an exchange for the exact same ring (I’ll just not wash my hands with it on so it doesn’t tarnish), & a lovely conversationalist too. Every time I travel I try and find a ring to add to my collection and I found two here and I love them so much.
