I reached out to Manny before Palm Sunday because he was incredibly kind and generous to offer the community blessed palms for Palm Sunday, free of charge. From the minute that Manny picks up the phone, you can hear the amazing energy and kindness in his voice, he treats you as the number one priority! My call was a bit last minute because of a delay on my end, but he was very accommodating and understanding. His customer service is impeccable! He will ask if you have any flower preferences, and if you have any photos for ideas that you may have, he is very willing to accept them!
