“I called the Departments Non Emergency Number and the Front Desk Officer was really helpful in assisting me with my problem. My father in-laws car died and it needed a jump start, however I was unable to move the car out of the parking spot. So Front Desk Officer got permission from the Sergeant on Duty and had me transferred to dispatch where Officer Don Eaton came to the rescue and assisted in getting the car jumped. I am extremely pleased and happy to be a Rolling Meadows Resident. The Police Officers are doing an amazing job in not only protecting the citizens of Rolling Meadows but also going above and beyond in assisting with Community Related Non Criminal help. “I had a wonderful experience. Because the service would be a bit longer than originally planed, I opted to try the refreshments. I appreciated that the cookies/chips/Frito's were individually wrapped and coffee was in single serve units. Jeff went the extra step to run next door to get the creamers (they were out). Most importantly, I was clearly told what was going to be done, what it would cost and the time estimate was accurate. The inspection form was explained & copy was given to me. This is July 2022, two years, five months into the Pandemic. The waiting room was clean and roomy. I felt safe (with respect to Covid), the staff was efficient & treated all the customers with respect. I really liked the electronic scheduler that kept track of each vehicle in the service area. I knew my tires were inspected as it came into the service area & felt confident that MY CAR was being looked after properly! ...Very cool that each car had its picture on the board. Check-in time was listed and the current time was also at the bottom of the screen.”
