“I first had Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza in November 2020, and Prior to this time Giordano's had been my favorite deep dish pizza. Lou Malnati's quickly put Giordano's into the number two slot. In November 2021 I met my son at Lou's in the North Center neighborhood of Chicago. He recommended deep dish so I agreed. For me it was love at first bite! From that moment Giordano's was moved down to number two. Since I'm the southwest I began patronizing Lou's in Palos Heights and I have not been disappointed.”

“I stopped by there last week, no appt and chatted with another customer who was waiting for their appt. I have a 89 year old friend in a memory care facility and wanted to have his hearing aid ends changed. I left and decided to come back later. Apparently the customer told him what I wanted. Gage came out to my car and told me to come back inside. I left them with him for an hour or so and he fixed them without charge and my friend hadn’t even purchased them there! He was a previous customer, though. Was very pleased with his service and thoughtfulness. Would definitely recommend!”

“We stayed here this past weekend and let me tell you this place may be a "2 star" hotel but it does not look or feel like 2 stars! First off Sasha is amazing!! She was so nice and accommodating and really went above and beyond! The lobby is beautiful and the rooms were clean and stocked with lots of extras. Loved the makeup removing wipes in the bathroom 😊 The breakfast was so good and there were a ton of options! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks again Sasha!!”
