“First large snowfall of the year and our plow truck goes down. Our usual plow company can't look at our truck for two days. We called Mark's machine shop and they said bring it right over. It actually took longer to drive there and back then the actual repair. So very grateful for them to get our truck up and back on the road within minutes. Highly recommend them! Mike’s has a program to boost your speed, agility, strength, and of course confidence. My son increased all of the above in a little over 6 weeks of working with Mike. He makes it fun and it’s a good learning environment for my son and other athletes to learn and compete with their own personal goals. Mike measured my son the first session and he had already improved after 2 weeks in the program. Mike is incredibly passionate about his educational offerings and coaching, emphasizing strongly how do implement programs in the right way. Currently, Mike’s Sports Performance and Training is training local travel baseball teams in the area. I am truly impressed with not only Mike, but with the individualized performance programs that they are customizing for each patron. Amazing stuff!
