My husband and I searched around for awhile to have two bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled and Mackey Contractors worked and stayed within our budget. The bid was very competitive, we encountered no unexpected additional expenses and everything was completed well before the contracted time estimation. Robert and Brandon Mackey were a pleasure to work with and did a great job helping us find creative resolutions that best fit our needs and sense of style. Brandon checked in with us multiple times per day to help guide us through every step of the remodeling process, ensure that all was proceeding smoothly and assist in any way needed to make sure we were satisfied will all his updates. The highly experienced crew included skilled electrical, flooring, cabinetry, installing tub/shower with tiling surround, plumbing, and painting, all of whom did a great job and were always punctual, tidy, accommodating and polite. We intend to use Mackey General Contractors for other remodeling projects and highly recommend them to all. “Superior Customer service. Called due to inoperable fan on a hot Friday afternoon and spoke with Daryl. Daryl undertook the urgency situation and within moments later I received a call from Jason. Jason was straight forward before the service call and stated that he would be available within a certain time. That's a pro pros.Jason sounded very capable. Will post the final comment after service call. Update: Jason was efficient, and relayed the issue in simple language terms. He assessed the problem from a problem of elimination stand point and went straight to work. In the end he provided positive feedback and charged a fair price for his labor, time and service. Through it all he was courteous and carried himself in a professional manner. In the future if I need service I will call them back. First time poster. Have to give credit where credit is due. Life is better being comfortably cool; not sweaty and sticky.”
