“Superior Customer service. Called due to inoperable fan on a hot Friday afternoon and spoke with Daryl. Daryl undertook the urgency situation and within moments later I received a call from Jason. Jason was straight forward before the service call and stated that he would be available within a certain time. That's a pro pros.Jason sounded very capable. Will post the final comment after service call. Update: Jason was efficient, and relayed the issue in simple language terms. He assessed the problem from a problem of elimination stand point and went straight to work. In the end he provided positive feedback and charged a fair price for his labor, time and service. Through it all he was courteous and carried himself in a professional manner. In the future if I need service I will call them back. First time poster. Have to give credit where credit is due.
