  Update: The owner called me personally and apologized. I really appreciated that and can tell you care very much about your customers having a good experience at your bowling alley. Thank you Henry.
  
  I’m very disappointed with Stardust bowl. I had a adult birthday event here in which I had to make multiple calls to get this booked in the first place because they would never call me back. Finally when I did get to speak the manager, he booked my party never mentioning this package would be only 2 hours long. I was told 3 games, NEVER was told 2 hours. I would remember that. When we arrived to the bowling alley, they didn’t have a clue what the deal was for our party and took some time before they got us set up on our lanes. We ordered some food from the food desk and the staff there were the only nice staff in the whole place. The bartender is extremely rude and said “what do you want” when we approached to order a drink. I get it’s a Sunday and you probably don’t want to be there but it’s your job so be nicer!
  
  The part that really infuriated me is we had 3 lanes and 2 of our lanes didn’t get to finish the 3rd game because of this never mentioned 2 hour time restriction. After approaching the desk staff, who were trying their best to reach the manager and solve our issue resulted in offering a third game but not able to activate our current game again. We had to leave then because we had dinner reservations, so no we didn’t have time to stay for a whole new game. I asked for a free game and shoes voucher for another day for 4 adults (those of us who didn’t get to finish our third game) and they told me they would have to run it by the manager. I’m still waiting for his call which probably won’t happen. I will be following up for a solution. This is extremely frustrating. I get your 2 hour policy but you never told me that Ed. Call me.

  Place is huge they have like 80 something synthetic lanes. They are remodeling right now so there is no place to eat. The staff was nice the lady at the bar helped me with choosing a drink ( she didn't have to do that). Everything is updated, they have multiple bars, bathrooms are ok, and it's really clean nice place to bowl. I'm not sure what the games cost because we came here for a tournament. Other than that it's a really nice and HUGE bowling alley.

  84 lanes of pure fun! Staff is always great, bar is well stocked, for the times when you need a little "aiming juice", and they are always doing renovations to keep things modern and make improvements. Snack shop is being redone right now and I hear they're doing a game room soon. Billiards, karaoke, food, drinks, video gambling, games, and, of course, bowling! What more could anyone want? I don't know, but if you think of anything, tell the staff and you might just see it there soon enough. Also, the all you can bowl nights are a great value! I got in 15 games last night! I hurt like hell today, but it was still fun. ????

  Great bowling alley with 84 lanes. Visited on Sunday and there was no wait time. Staff was supportive and the prices are reasonable. Since, Restaurant is closed on Sunday, they allow you to get food from outside. Family plan (max 6 members) 44$ deal for 2 hours is great.
