“Perhaps you’ve had a similar experience as me. I had someone knock at my door and say my area was hit by a storm and they could help me with an insurance claim to fix the damage. After I started the claim process I was ghosted by this company. I was lost with an insurance check sitting on my desk when I googled and found Artis. I honestly can’t thank Johnathan enough for all his help. He was able to help with the insurance claim, get the most money, and help me find the right contractors to do the work. He was extremely professional, he communicated every step of the way and always followed through with timelines. He walked us step by step through every thing and often made trips to our house with samples so we could see things in person. He was extremely knowledgeable about all materials and the pros and cons of each material. Most importantly he showed up during the work and made sure we had the highest quality. “I’m personally like that branch very much, it’s much closer to my house then others but most of all I do like their staff - service is great and I really suggesting my friends to move forward with this fcu (everybody knows how hard sometimes to call on support line of a “big bank” and get your problem solve). Would be nicer if they will have more working days on schedule btw, it would be more flexible for customers I think. And yes, thank you for redesigned app - it’s really awesome improvement! “I went to Hanna’s bakery and got a quote for my sons birthday cake. They charge depending on the design and work of the cake as well as servings. I ordered a cake for 30 people and I believe she quoted me a decent price. I appreciate their effort and prompt readiness. When we picked up the cake it was same like the photo I showed them. Some colors they didn’t have available so we figured that out before hand and I was okay with the last choice I showed them. The cake was fluffy, fresh and so delicious! All of my guests enjoyed eating it and said it was one of the best cakes they had. I love the cocoa flavor and it was not too sweet and cream was fresh and very heavy whipped with not too much sugar. They also have decadent chocolate cake slices inside their bakery and those are layered chocolate cakes with cream inside the slice. I like those too. My sons loved the cake as well. I will come back again. The only one point I wanted to mention was the front desk lady didn’t know much English she was polish (I’m assuming since many customers were European and polish in front of me) and didn’t quite understand me too well so I had to repeat myself. But besides that it was a great experience.”
