    The man who looked at my dishwasher was all the right things: on time, polite and on task the entire time he was in my house. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that I thought $50 was a bit much to replace a small part so I could use the soap dispenser, which he said I shouldn't use, anyway, because liquid soap contain oil, which isn't good for cleaning dishes. Instead, he said I should just toss a detergent packet into the bottom of the dishwasher (which is fine by me, but then fixing that part was an unnecessary expense.)

    As always, the technician who came to service our appliances was very polite, respectful and thorough. He had several helpful hints for getting longer life out of our machines as well. I never knew dishwasher pods work better in the bottom of the machine rather than in the dish.

    I called for repair on a Monday, was scheduled for Wednesday. They(2 gentlemen, one was being trained) arrived promptly, were courteous, and had my washer repaired within 20 minutes. I am very pleased with the service, and because of the warranty, it saved me over $200!
