  I love this place! I’ve been a member for 2 months and I’ve gotten stronger and I feel great. The trainers here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

  I've been coming here regularly (about 4x a week) for 3 years now, and it's reshaped my life. If I wasn't coming here to exercise, I probably wouldn't be exercising at all. Whether you're looking to lose or gain weight, build muscle, tone yourself or just get moving, this is the place to do it. The staff is friendly and motivating, the workouts are varied and flexible, and most of all, everyone is encouraging and helpful.

  I started with ForwardFit about a year ago and it has totally transformed me, literally. I've lost close to 40 lbs, and that includes the large amount of muscle gained! The class size and comraderie have been instrumental in my journey and the amount of support I've received have been amazing. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

  ForwardFit is a great gym for someone looking to intensify their workouts no matter what level of fitness. The members and trainers are friendly, welcoming, and passionate about fitness which allows for productive workouts. The workouts mostly incorporate high intensity training to build muscle and burn fat. Bill is great and always interested in improving his gym. Would definitely recommend!

  My Journey with ForwardFit started on Saturday mornings only. I was hooked from the very first class
  I started to see improvement with my body and with my endurance. ForwardFit is not your typical gym, the classes are all different and they keep you motivated from Circuit classes to Boxing which is my favorite, to a TRX class just to mention a few. The atmosphere at ForwardFit is all positive and up beat everyone cheers everyone on to do the best that they can do. I have recommended this gym to everyone I know, it is the best place that you will ever work out at. I have been here for 4 1/2 years going strong. Come join us you will love it like we all do, plus Bill the Trainer/ Owner is AMAZING......
