(April 19, 2018, 9:53 am)I enjoy the variety of classes offered at all times of the day and night. It makes it easy for me to attend a yoga, spin or water class. Also all staff are kind, sensitive and caring.

(June 14, 2017, 7:21 pm)Excellent racquetball court, fine exercise equipment with great trainers all in one place. The availability of equipment is never a problem & there is pleanty of encouragement along the way. Friendly culture that combines competition & encouragement.
