(October 31, 2018, 10:13 am)The Lombard Floor and Decor is far superior than the others stores in the area. Jackie and Emily in the pro department make all orders simple. I call in small and large orders weekly and it’s always ready within minutes. Avoid arlington heights at all costs, Lombard is the store to go too. Thanks guys!
(September 26, 2018, 8:13 pm)We've visited the Lombard store several times in the course of planning a bathroom remodel. Every time the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful in pointing out tile that would meet our needs and making suggestions for coordinating accents. We took a few samples home to make our final decisions, and today we went in to buy four types of tile, grout, edging, and a shower niche. CT helped us every step of the way and spent about two hours with us making sure that we had what we wanted. He patiently showed us grout samples to go with the different tile and demonstrated the look of different types of edging. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice about how to care for the slate we selected for the shower floor. When we were done, he explained what our contractor will need to pick up the order - and we really appreciate that we didn't have to take the tile right away. Also appreciate that we can return excess tile, so we felt free to buy plenty. All in all, a very positive experience, and we'll be back when we need tile for other rooms.
