(July 17, 2022, 3:27 pm)The battery malfunctioned on my brand new Ego lawnmower that I bought at this location. Ego support was useless. I called Ace and explained my problem and they told me to come in and see the GM. I wasn't expecting much, but the GM took 30 minutes of her time on a busy Sunday to locate a new battery. There were several roadblocks, but she didn't give up until one was located. I was so impressed with this customer service, especially in this day and age. This is definitely my go-to hardware store from now on.
