“Every time I book a vehicle at this location, I am never disappointed. They are kind, helpful, and always go above and beyond. They do call a day or two ahead of time to confirm that you are picking up the vehicle, I am assuming this is because they have a small parking lot and people don't always show up. I would highly recommend this location!”

“I recently rented a 4Runner for my wife from Budget Rental in Downers Grove. I was intially set to rent a Camry from another company down the street. Because of their dishonest ways of conducting business and lack of customer service, I brought my business to Budget Car Rental. I got a 4Runnner for about the same rate as the other place was giving me for a Camry. Ben and his staff were very professional and polite. I personally base my decision to come back as a customer on how well a business provides service.
