“Injured my knee in Feburary then re-injured it a few months ago. I was in a knee brace daily for over a month but still felt a little pain walking with it. They even take into consideration where you skate (each rink apparently has different degrees of hardness of ice, who knew! ). They also sharpen blades on figure skates, which is hard to find!
