(September 2, 2022, 5:48 pm)Due to a previous negative experience at a different facility, I was incredibly nervous today to have my CT Heart Scan at this Cardiac Evaluation Center in Lisle. And by nervous, I mean...I was a wreck! However, after being warmly welcomed into the CEC area, I was immediately put at ease. I shared my concerns with the technicians, and they immediately demonstrated to me that they would go out of their way to ensure my comfort. When I was worried that the machine would be just as claustrophobic as I remembered from a different location, they allowed me to enter the scan room and try out the table & scanner for myself so that I could get a feel for it. Susan, the CT professional, went out of her way to explain every step of the procedure so that I would know exactly what to expect- and she gave me the sense that my comfort was her priority. Wow! I wish I had known about Susan and the excellent team at this facility; I would have saved myself a lot of needless worrying! Thank you, Susan and team for being excellent at what you do! I hope you know that it truly makes a difference!

(November 1, 2020, 11:34 am)Came for coronavirus testing. They did a great job lining us up: kept the line moving, found our information, and showed us to our space. Testing was a breeze. Kind of tickled, made our eyes water a little. Didn't take long. Everyone was very professional.
