“Due to a previous negative experience at a different facility, I was incredibly nervous today to have my CT Heart Scan at this Cardiac Evaluation Center in Lisle. And by nervous, I mean...I was a wreck! However, after being warmly welcomed into the CEC area, I was immediately put at ease. I shared my concerns with the technicians, and they immediately demonstrated to me that they would go out of their way to ensure my comfort. When I was worried that the machine would be just as claustrophobic as I remembered from a different location, they allowed me to enter the scan room and try out the table & scanner for myself so that I could get a feel for it. Susan, the CT professional, went out of her way to explain every step of the procedure so that I would know exactly what to expect- and she gave me the sense that my comfort was her priority. Wow! I wish I had known about Susan and the excellent team at this facility; I would have saved myself a lot of needless worrying! Thank you, Susan and team for being excellent at what you do! Ms. Ellie, Miss Amanda, and all of the teachers are very friendly, approachable and very professional. My daughter is just under 2 years-old and she is excelling in her speech, gross-motor skills and fine-motor skills. The teachers take pride in what they are teaching my daughter and other children, and they are very attentive to all children. I put my trust in all of the teachers and staff to care for my daughter and as well as in her edcuation. It is also a safe environment for my daughter to grow up in. The teachers and the center directors do a great job communicating with me and my husband on their conerns and support for my daughter. The center is clean and very inviting. The reason I feel comfortable saying that already is because I had the same surgery performed by a different doctor, 2 years ago, and my chest was in pain everywhere. Whereas Dr. Prescott's work is only slightly painful in 2 small areas, which believe me, makes perfect sense. Also, what I like about Dr. Prescott is how caring she is and how she will actually listen to what you have to say instead of cutting you off or acting like your questions are stupid. In wrapping this up, I just want to reiterate, I can tell she very much knows what she is doing. So between her skills and always being so nice, I'd give her an A+++”

“I was recommend by one of my coworker. Actually all 5 of us was seeing him due to the nature of our job. I have been seeing Dr. Jason for almost 6 years now. I have follow him from 4 different locations. Why? Because he is the most loving caring and amazing chiropractor ever!! His work speak for itself. Not only does he treat his patients great but also is employees too. I usually don’t even have to tell him what’s wrong he can usually find it just by just feeling with us hands. He really do have heeling hands. My boyfriend also have been seeing him for 5 years and I also brought my gramma here since she moved back to the state about 3 years now. She literally cannot live with out him. She’s 80 very healthy just aches and pains because she worked so so so hard when she was younger and now her body is paying for it. Usually when she’s in pain she’s can’t barely walk, she can’t turn her self when she’s laying down. You can literally see the pain on her face. She also get acupuncture from him ( she have had that done from many doctors and hands down he knows what hes doing even tho he’s not Asian and my grandma is so she’s knows if some one is good or not!! He even learn Chinese to better communicate with her!!) After the first visit she’s a little better.. after the second visit she’s feeling much better then after the third treatment she’s hoping off the bed running to the car!! If she’s in a lot of pain we do three treatments in about a week then a maintenance every two weeks. I honestly am so grateful to have him in our lives. Thank you so much for all you do for us.”
