I had such a wonderful experience here. Liz was outstanding and amazing each time. She was so helpful in picking out frames and ordering the lenses. When my glasses arrived I noticed they were a little off. She discovered a slight anomaly in the frame. She was able to switch my lenses with another set of frames in the store and they were perfect. I was so pleased that I didn’t have to reorder the glasses. I don’t even live that close to this particular store location but I will definitely return. What a great team. Thank you Liz.

The staff here were highly attentive to my needs and were quick to help meet them in the kindest way possible. While waiting for the doctor, I was really encouraged to see how welcoming and accommodating they were to each guest that walked in their doors. Hannah and Elizabeth were especially understanding while helping me during my visit, and I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this location to those looking for a reliable team to help you with your vision care!

I had such a great experience! The doctor is so kind and knowledgeable and the customer service is amazing! I had a nice young girl with long blonde hair helping me, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but she went above and beyond. She replaced the pads on my glasses and cleaned them. She also was super cheerful, helpful and funny. I have gone to vision works for years but this was the best vision works experience ever! I am Looking forward to coming back and picking out some glasses.

What a great experience! We had Hope helping us and cannot commend her enough on her patience working with us to find the perfect glasses and in dealing with insurance. She had great advice as to what frames to go with, was honest with her opinions, and not trying to steer us towards the most expensive option but rather the option that suited me best in my price range. Clean store with TONS of options to choose from, friendly staff, great prices. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend enough.
