“Very helpful and customer service oriented company. I used this company twice. The first time was to fix a roof leak. They had to come back a few times to find all the leak sources, but service after the first call was always fast. Then I needed to replace the entire roof due to its age. The negotiation of what the replacement roof included was painless and the new roof was installed quickly after signing. The work crew was on time, polite, cooperative, and professional. The company did not send out a staff with a flashy sales pitch like some other companies did, so it is up to you to educate yourself a bit about roof products and installation details that matter to you. But, the cost of the new roof from this company was only about 1/2 of what some of the other companies quoted.”

I had trouble finding out how to book an appointment online, then when I called no one answered. As soon as I emailed the address on the website I got a response right away. Everyone was very communicative and I felt very comfortable. I am not a talker AT ALL especially when getting my hair done. Kayla didn’t seem to mind or force conversation with me. “I had such a wonderful experience here. Liz was outstanding and amazing each time. She was so helpful in picking out frames and ordering the lenses. When my glasses arrived I noticed they were a little off. She discovered a slight anomaly in the frame. She was able to switch my lenses with another set of frames in the store and they were perfect. “My first time at this location but was at Schaumburg last fall. Got in on some amazing clearance camping equipment and plenty of clothes. This is a fantastic place to shop for anything outdoors. “I love my hearing aids! They have absolutely changed my life and I can’t imagine life without them. Initially I went to the Hearing Lab in response to a postcard I received at my house. I thought well at least I can get a free hearing test. I decided to try them out for the 30-day free trial and after just a few days it was very apparent that I would not give them back even if they had asked me to. Haley is so kind and knowledgeable and I look forward to going in for check ups just to see her :-) Don’t put it off — get your hearing checked and hear what you’ve been missing. “We stopped in here on a Friday night 6:30 and we didn't have to wait and were sat right away. The place was busy with dining in and take out patrons. I ordered the homemade lasagna dinner plate with the house salad. The wait staff was excellent the food arrived timely and hot. The atmosphere was casual and overall we enjoyed it. If you're in the area and looking for Italian menu this is a great option. Enjoy!”
