It has seeing a lot of use and started to lose its comfort. The crew at the Aurora Bob's Discount Furniture is always great! Very simple transaction. I opted to pick it up at their warehouse in Shorewood so I could get it within a couple of days. Thanks Tony!

(January 13, 2019, 9:50 am)This store and the employees are phenomenal! I went into Bob's Furniture on a whim. I thought maybe they would have something nice for my new home. I was completely blown away by the wonderful selection of bedroom sets and mattresses. The thing that set Bob's Furniture apart from other stores is its wonderful staff. Christopher was the most amazing sales representative I have ever come in contact with. His sales manager Luis is second to none. They are the most knowledgeable, personable and amazing individuals that I have met in a sales situation ever. If you want beautiful furniture at an amazing price with Superior Service make sure you go to Bob's furniture and ask for Christopher or Luis. They are the best ever!

My Bob's overall was a great shopping experience. We loved that the sales staff didn't jump on you at any point. We did our shopping, discussed, decided, then asked for help with questions and check out.

(December 17, 2018, 9:40 am)After looking at most of the furniture stores out there we tried Bobs and we’re happy we did! From the moment we walked in we had an awesome experience. Tony G our salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and we didn’t feel pressured to make a decision or buy anything. We ended up buy a modular piece and Tony was great helping us figure what pieces would work for our space. We even got a delivery scheduled within just a couple days. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and since the sell everything from tables and decorations to beds and all types of furniture we will definitely be back for any of our other needs.

Very helpful, realistic, and easy to work with! We will recommend Bobs furniture to anyone! Thank you to all the staff, especially Lisa! We are looking forward to drinking red wine on our new gray couch WITH our protection plan!
