(January 17, 2019, 5:06 pm)Dee Zavala was my sales person, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Her and her manager were great to work with. It was the first Hyundai dealership that I visited, and I left with a new car! Have purchased several cars in my lifetime and never did that before! Dee was very attentive and knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and my budget, and she immediately put me in the model/trim that was right for me. No pressure and no nonsense. Along with her manager, a deal was struck in no time at all after the initial test drive. I love my new car and plan on doing business at Napleton's again. Highly recommended!!

I went to many different dealerships in the past month and this one was by far the BEST. Robert was truly a pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, thorough and personable. A special thank you to Robert, Jordan and Rick.
(January 9, 2019, 4:37 pm)I found the car advertised online and on their website, and when I called, Jackie assured me that I would get all the incentives I qualified for. I drove to the dealership to see the car and was assigned Nizar. He was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the Sonata. I did not feel pressured in any way, and he and Rick worked on financial numbers. I felt very confident that I was receiving the best price and great service. Kevin the finance manager was great as well. This is my fourth Hyundai, and the second from this dealership. I would definitely return when looking for a new car.

I bought my new 2017 sonata here 18 months ago, the buying process was a lot less painful than in the past with other dealerships. Their customer service is top notch, and maintenance checks are no nonsense, quick in and out. Would recommend ????
