“A couple of months ago I made a reservation for a week to drive my family down to Florida. I called a day before to confirm my reservation and i was told a different price then quoted. The manager fixed it and I actually received a better price then originally quoted. I've always rented from this location and if something is not working out they make it right. If there is no car that i asked for they still made it right. I appreciate the manager at this location as she's easy to work with and has given me exceptional customer service!”
