  Was there just to pick up a car. Very nice facility inside. Bathrooms were decent. Didn't interact with any salesman so can't comment on that. Seems like a pretty decent place.

  I thought Chris was personable and attentive. I liked that he and the staff went out of their way to secure three cars to test drive.

  David Savodge was the finance manager who helped me in my purchase. He came across as helpful and was vested in making sure that I received the best possible financing on my purchase. I appreciated his help and genuine nature.
  
  After closing the sale, I found out the car I purchased came with only one key. This was a bit of a surprise but after speaking with Jim Bucolt he helped rectify the situation. He was able to get an additional key at a cost that I thought was fair and made the whole transaction a positive experience.

  Sebastian was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the product, and no pressure at all. Very good Sales Managers (Chris) and the Finance guy, David, was super fast and friendly.

  Honestly buying a car is not my favorite thing to do until now. After leaving Fox Valley Volkswagen I was pleasantly surprised and can say it was was best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesperson was great, the finance manager was great and the length of the process from beginning to end end was quick. I will definitely come back to this dealership and will recommend them.
