Love this store, kudos to Karen, Haley, Tania, Gaps and all the fashionistas there who are always helpful, professional and reasonable. I have never had a problem with purchasing, they have great selection and is always paying extra attention to the details. I will definitely be shopping more.

I have never attempted to sell clothing here so I can only speak to my experience shopping here. I’ve been a customer for several years now and they have an incredible selection of high quality clothing, bags, shoes etc. in impeccable condition. Over the past few years they’ve shifted to carry more designer clothing and better brands which is amazing. Most of the time I emerge with several amazing finds! It is a clean and organized store. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is that the sales associates are pretty unfriendly. Several years ago I found their staff to be wonderful and kind. Lately I have found them to be very cold and unhelpful. I understand COVID has been tough and they’re likely very short staffed and stressed so I will give them grace, but I wish they created a more welcoming environment for customers.
