But Yuki made it such an easy application process. For the last year or so I have been thinking about opening an online account, but didn't have the confidence to do it myself. Pure Point, by having physical offices, makes it so easy. After Yuki established our account, Milos, the center manager , walked us thru the entire process of the online account. He answered all our questions, and made sure we were well trained. The next day, Yuki called me to see if I had any questions or problems. In all my years of banking, I have never had such a great experience. Pure Point has great rates, but even greater employees. “I love this Chase bank branch. For starters I have a AUTO loan through them. I moved up here recently from Florida right after the hurricane Irene in August. I went in there to ask a personal banker for help with my quickly approaching paymemt date. They described a option that they afford customers in my situation who have experienced a drastic event caused by mother nature where they will postpone the due date for 3 months so that your money can go to expenses that help you through the devastation. It was perfect for me and really helped me out. The second time a personal banker helped was for a public notary to verify me signing off on my annuity papers at work. I thank the workers at this branch SO MUCH!!!”

“This location is professional. Especially Andrea! Who attended me when I got off work and needed to cash out my check. I remember that I didn’t have my debit card or state Id but lucky enough Andrea asked me if I had Apple Pay on my iPhone and I said yes. At that time I didn’t have service but Andrea also told me that they had WiFi and I learned two things that day. That chase had Apple Pay and WiFi! I was so excited and happy.
