After having a terrible experience with Oswego dental he not only walked me through basically teaching me how and why things are happening with my teeth. “I don't understand the bad reviewers from a few years ago. This place was great! I was in and out like a snap of a finger. They are professional but in a friendly way which I prefer. I wish i remembered names. The dental hygienist assistant was friendly and made sure to ask if i was okay and comfortable throughout my cleaning and small filling. The doctor was very quick and gentle with cleaning and with the filling. They give you a heads up on everything they do. My teeth are happy????”

“Dr. Sun and her staff are always so friendly! I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist but I definitely don’t dread coming here like I have with dental offices in the past. The front desk is very easy to work with and welcomes me with a smile. The hygienists do a great job; I’ve never had a bad conversation with any of them and I feel they finish in a timely manner as well as hit all my checkpoints in a cleaning! Each time I’ve had more serious work done the assistants have been lovely and very accommodating/understanding that I’m a little nervous (which helps a lot!) And Dr. Sun is definitely one of sweetest dentists I’ve ever had, plus she’s great at what she does! My teeth have been looking and feeling great since I’ve started going here.”
