“Let me start with we did NOT have this company install. We just directly bought cabinets from them and installed ourselves. This review is based on just the company and the cabinets we bought. My husband and I spent about 6 months searching for just the right cabinets but everywhere we went they wanted to charge more because we wanted to install ourselves. Plus most places only offer cabinets that you build yourself. What a pain. So randomly we drove past World Class Kitchen and Bath and things finally got better! They do appointments only but when we called we knew we found the right place. We finally found the cabinets we wanted and they came pre built!!! Fantastic! Communication was great between emails and phone calls. This was the cheapest price around for quality cabinets and they didn’t charge us extra just because we wanted to install ourselves which really helped! Only had one Minor crack in one of the cabinets but it was so minor I never mentioned to the owner. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the dreadful cabinets search and install. World Class Kitchen and Bath made things simple and stress free. Thank you we LOVE our cabinets!”

In my mind I had a vision of what I wanted and I saw the perfect couch. (cream, comfortable, deep, fashionable and functional for a family of five) That is quite a tall order! Our salesman, Dave T., was perfect. He wasn't pushy at all and he was super knowledgeable. He had both my husband and I laughing and enjoying the process! My husband was concerned about a light colored couch with three kids and Dave T. told us about their cleaning service warranty which cleans any stain that I can't. It was worth the small cost to give us security for five years (and bonus: if we don't use it, we get that money as credit that we can use at the store for another purchase). Dave T. listened to what we wanted and helped us. We've had our cream couches now for 6 months and there has been no problem with stains and it is as comfortable as it was when we first got it. Value City has earned itself a long term customer and a very satisfied customer.”

“My Mustang had a separated seam on the driver's seat, and I got a quote from Nicole over email with just a picture. Scheduled the appointment about a month later when I had time to drop the car off. Adam did an excellent job repairing my seat in just a day! Not only did he repair the seam, he went above and beyond and replaced a large portion of the old vinyl on the seat since he said it was too cracked to sew properly. Excellent value for the price!! I would definitely bring my upholstery needs to this shop in the future.”
