“My parents have come here since I was very young and always talked about how good it was and brought home leftovers (that I would end up stealing from them). I finally just came here for the first time today with my mom and it lived up to the hype. I got the Pot Roast Sandwich and it was probably the best pot roast I've ever had. I couldn't keep my mom's fork away, she liked the panini she got but was stealing bits of my pot roast when I wasn't paying attention. It was absolutely delicious. For dessert I got the Raspberry Cheesecake and omg it was fabulous. I literally have no complaints. Thank you for the experience!”

Back in December, I had some issues with the brakes (the car is very high mileage) that needed immediate work. After getting a quote for the work needed from another garage, I contacted Phil at Naperville Motors about it. He arranged for the car to be picked up, towed to their garage and his mechanics completed the work for half the price the original garage quoted me. At each stage they sent me up-to-date quotes, photos and videos of all the work being done. The work was completed in a single day and I had my car back on the road. “Very clean and well organized for a staff of mainly volunteers. Animals housed well and adequately represented. If anything, the behavior analysis makes the animals seem more problematic than they really are. This is good as they are not just trying to home these animals with anyone, but trying to find them forever homes the first time. As a vet, I've always respected them. Now as a visitor(and hopefully adopter), I'm equally impressed.”
