“Our basement was completed in 2017 (see below review) and this is an update. As promised, Bryan Sebring contacted us after one year to see if everything was still functioning properly and to our satisfaction. There were a few minor nail pops to fix and a couple of touch-ups that were addressed. We did end up having a leaking pipe that was inspected and determined to have nothing to do with the work done in the basement. Despite this, Sebring helped us get a plumber and have it taken care of. As promised at the start of our project, Sebring builds relationships with their customers and can be depended on well beyond completion of their work.. * ORIGINAL REVIEW 2017: Sebring Services turned our dream basement into reality! We had been saving for years to transform our unfinished basement into an amazing space for relaxing and entertaining. We had a vision and basic plan of what we wanted, which Bryan Sebring and his skilled staff of designers invested many hours fine-tuning with us prior to entering into a contract. The project took almost six months due to the scope, almost doubling the living space in our home. Each subcontractor crew was top notch and had been doing business with Sebring for years. I’d be lying if I said everything went without a hitch. With a project of this size and duration, things are bound to go wrong at times. Whenever we did have an issue, our project manager (Percy) did not rest until we were happy. He had a genuine desire to make everything perfect and was as excited to see the final product as we were. We highly recommend Sebring Services to anyone who wants their home remodeling project to be as smooth as possible, by a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customers’ satisfaction. Be sure not to have unrealistic expectations about the cost and problems that will arise. Remember, you get what you pay for and the larger the project, the more things that may potentially go wrong. “Update: I left my honest rating. That star that was removed was because of the disciplinary system abd Joe's not trying to resolve the problem effectively. If an employee can learn from an experience, destroying what could be fixed is just illogical and immoral, especially since it involves a life. If you can see this, I liked the place, certainty. But I believe I was sentenced guilty even before getting a proper hearing. Being disciplined in front of several unrelated people plus being told to leave without speaking more than one sentence, it left me feeling unfairly treated. I admitted my wrong, I even admit I deserved a write up or something else of the sort. I owned up, and even then, Joe totally ignored it and everything else. He didn't care, I could tell he made up his mind before trying to resolve anything. Id love to come back, but I doubt Joe would accept. His way of handling it left a bad taste”

I soon proceeded to eat the rat with a couple of friends. by the way im hoping to open my locker next year with the surprise of a tasty rat. I also heard that there was a rat taking a swim in the pool and the janitor Anita decided to grab the rat put it inside a bag and SPLAT her/him on the ground, so inhumane.”
