(May 8, 2016, 10:56 pm)Best place you can go for personal training, chiropractic, and rehab! As a college athlete performance clinics is the only place I will go for training. They help me get back into better shape than I was even before my worst injuries.

Dr. Josh is the best Chiropractor I've been to and his staff of trainers are phenomenal. They not only have rehabbed my knee after a serious injury and surgery, they have helped me with personal training goals. I love going in there because it doesn't feel like a gym, yet the workout is better than any gym I've tried! They have helped my entire family with training, proper food and nutrition guidance, and overall health/wellness. I highly recommend Performance Clinics for athletes (my daughters love going there!), for rehab, for Chiropractic needs, or for personal training!

(October 2, 2015, 9:05 pm)Visits to Dr. Josh for chiropractic care and working out in small groups twice a week with Coach Ryan was honestly the best I have felt in my life. Having the two use their expertise together in a comprehensive health approach allowed me to get in shape without further injuring my knee. In fact it helped to build the muscles in my upper-leg to better stabilize my knee. If Performance Clinics would like to move to AZ that would be great!!! So far I have not found any clinics with the same approaches and same amount of sincere patient care.
