(August 10, 2018, 9:55 am)I had zero experience in boxing. I’ve been attending this gym for one year now and I’ve learned so much on form and technique. Not only in boxing, but also weight lifting. The coaches are approachable and acknowledge everyone in the room. I felt right at home from the very beginning. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants a good workout!

For this reason, the gym has a strong community of members that motivate, encourage, and support one another. The workouts are challenging and fun with great music. This gym is truly unique and definitely worth the membership.

(July 30, 2018, 1:03 pm)Joining this gym was the best decision of my life. Excellent coaches, and atmosphere. I was completely new to this sport and fell in love with it. So don’t hesitate to join if you’ve never boxed before. Everyone helps each other out and the coaches will help you too. The workouts are intense as well. So if your ready to challenge yourself and try something new like I did you won’t be disappointed!
