“Patti is a wonderful childcare provider; I highly recommend her! My husband and I considered having a nanny vs. having our baby in a daycare setting. We are very happy with our decision with her daycare. Our daughter is a social, happy girl in a large part because of the care Patti provides and her interaction with the other children at the daycare. Patti has a passion for health and chooses to feed the children in her care organic foods and provides plenty of developmental activities. She gives you regular updates/feedback on her observations both written and verbal, including areas that your child could improve. The environment of the daycare itself is loving and family- oriented. My daughter loves going there and is always happy to see Patti and the other children, which I think speaks for itself!”

“Our whole family highly recommends Montessori Academy. Even when we could have switched to public school this year, we decided to stay so that our son could complete his "primary" experience (3-6 year olds). We are strong advocates of the Montessori philosophy and practice. Focusing on the whole child, promoting life long learning, learning through doing, developing confidence and independence, building community, and a student-centered approach are just a few reasons we love Montessori. Last year was our first year at MA, but not our first Montessori experience. While we liked the other school, we were drawn to this one because of the teachers and staff (they are exceptional), the schools' commitment to promoting ecological awareness and sustainability, and the many ways they provide children with experiences with the natural world (chickens and gardens on campus, hikes and explorations along the fox river hiking trail, outdoor activities in their very large natural setting behind the school, off campus field trips). Another highlight is all the creative and fun activities the teachers and staff share with the kids. I love that their aftercare teacher is also an art teacher and brings unique and original art projects that our son just loves. His teacher also offers yoga as an optional extracurricular activity during aftercare. How awesome is it that my son already understands he can create his own experience of peace! There is a nice sense of community at the school which is lovely for our whole family. Lots of fun whole family events throughout the year. Our son loves his school, loves to learn, and is thriving. I couldn't ask any more from a school.”

“My son just attended this school and he has behavior problems. They help him here at this school. The school looks great inside. It is inviting and the teachers are good. I know with my son being here he will never return to a behavioral health hospital. This school is here to help my son with his behavior and help him school. And he likes it too and he is only 9. ”
