He took the time to show me the differences and even then told me it was my choice and there was zero pressure. The gun was in excellent condition and he showed me how to use it and change out the cylinders. We finalized the purchase today and took it to the range. Absolutely love our purchase. “Amazing BBQ! Some of the best ribs I've ever had in my life. They were very tender and had a perfect level of smoke to them. My wife ordered the pulled pork, enjoyed every bit of it and commented that the portion was generous. You get the sense that this is cooking from someone who has a real passion for BBQ. Think of this place as more of a takeout vs. restaurant just due to the size of the storefront, however this will definitely be my go to take out BBQ place.”
