So impressed with the changes in this facility. The staff and administration couldn’t be nicer!
I find the staff to be very caring. they know my loved one and are responsive to her needs. James the dietitian always ensures she has her choice of food if she doesn't like what is on the menu. Francis the DON and the entire nursing staff are in tune to the needs of the persons they care for. They the staff sat with my loved one when she could sleep and did activities with her to calm her down when she received bad news. For days. They are attuned to her needs and add a very personal touch to the care they give. They were just as good with the other individuals living there. Bibiane , the director even got her flu shot right along with my loved one when she was scared. Her show of bravery has kept my loved one healthy all winter. : ) We had difficulties for my loved one adjusting to her residence there, how ever the interdisciplinary team worked well with us and our family and we have over come many issues of my loved one (who is not easy ) I know the building is older and the facilities are not the newest to work with but the staff is awesome!!
