  Bought a Ryan aerator from Arlington Power online. They were way cheaper than any of my dealers around here and didn't charge me anything to ship it. However, there was no contact between the time that I ordered it and when it showed up at my door. Luckily I was at the location at that time as I am not always there, that is the only reason for the four star review. Other than that, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

  Purchased a Billy Goat Leaf Blower through their website and it was on my door step two days later. A local dealer didn't stock the model I wanted and said it would take 10 days to get it. Arlington Power web ordering was a breeze and to make it even easier they offered Amazon Pay as a choice during check out. Their communication was superb. They sent several emails keeping me informed of my order status every step of the way.

  I've had a great experience with this company. I ordered an Echo Bearcat self-propelled wheeled lawn vacuum and they shipped it free within 3-4 days. Again, fast, free shipping on an item that weighs 126 lbs and came delivered by semi truck. They also had the best price on the equipment by at least $100 from what I could find online. I received plenty of updates on the status of my order during the process and would absolutely buy from them again!

  My family has been taking our lawn mowers to Arlington Power for all of my life, even at their old location. So when I just purchased my 1st home, I new where to get my lawn mower fixed. I took it in and the service manager Shawn was very helpful. They helped me get it out of my car and answered all of my questions. I got my lawn mower back quickly, and now I know why my family has been using them for years. Job well done.

  What a great experience! I recently became a widow after many years of marriage, and my husband used to take care of all of the car and yard work duties. My only son is away at school so I have to take on all the responsibilities of the house and yard for which I have never worry about before.
  I tried to use the lawnmower for the first time in years, and my lack of experience definitely showed. I was able to cut the front yard, and started on the back, when suddenly the mower stopped. I tried everything to get it started with no luck. I did the only thing I knew to do. I looked for lawnmower repair on Google. Arlington Power Equipment came up. So I called.
  I spoke with the Service manager, and he was very professional, polite, and understanding of my situation. He tried to help me with a checklist of questions over the phone to help me. He was very patient with me while I tried his suggestions. Unfortunately, I still couldn't get it running. He then asked if I was able to get the lawnmower to their store, which I replied, "Sorry, too heavy for me to lift". He then told me about their pick up service. What a God send!
  They picked up my lawnmower the next day, and a day after that, they had gave me a call to let me know that I just need a tune up. I got the work done and got my lawnmower back right away.
  What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have been telling my family and neighbors about it ever since.
  Great job. You have a customer for life.
