First time buying anything of this sort (fridge water line water heater accessories ) and didn't know what I didn't know about 'em until a guy (Zach Rappe his name) offered to help and walked me through my options. Different types for different needs,
I love learning and feeling self-sufficient, so I'm happy to be walked through options in a non-condescending way so I can make educated decisions. highly recommended :).
(July 12, 2018, 1:13 am)Menards has definitely improved with a more friendly personality and attitude in the Departments. I don't agree with their cashiers not bagging items anymore. But each departments General customer skills have improved greatly over the last couple years. I was in Menards today a couple times, I was in the paint department the first time, pretty good customer service. I had to go back to the paint a second time and there was no one to be found.
