If you want real workouts that WILL kick your butt in the best way possible then sign up for some trial classes and join us. There's never any pressure or judgement, but rather pure excitement that you showed up no matter where you're at in life.
(August 19, 2021, 7:45 pm)Friendly, welcoming box to drop in to when you're in town. I e-mailed the gym via the website but the owner was on vacation. Despite not getting a response, I was welcomed in when I walked in and Coach Keith let me work out with everyone. Knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic, he and the other gym members made me feel welcome as a visitor! Hope to be able to drop in again during my visit in town!
