I come here for oil changes, multipoint inspections, and any other needed repairs for my Z4. I like how they provide shuttle pickup/dropoff, i didnt need to use it as much but when you need to leave your car for serious repairs, it is very convenient. These guys are honest and helpful in every way when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I will always recommend this shop to every single european car owners i know that live around the area. I had to decide whether to go with the insurance company's decision to declare the van a total loss, or pay extra to have it repaired, since I wanted to continue to use that van. Platinum walked me through the key points of that decision, and I really valued their counsel. Decided it wasn't worth it to have it repaired.
