  The New ownership is outstanding!!! They show care for your medical needs the moment you walk in the door. They make you feel like a human and not just another sale opportunity. With a couple of family members in constant need of medical supplies I will certainly be returning for their supplies and highly recommend that family and friends do the same.

  My thanks go out to the owner and staff of Fairhaven Medical Supply in Mundelein, IL. My husband needed a hospital bed today. Ross, Fairhaven’s owner and Vanessa brought the bed to our home and assembled it in our family room themselves.
  
  Their prices are reasonable and Ross was willing to allow us to rent the bed for less than the usual month.
  
  Fairhaven will deliver anywhere in Chicagoland within 24 hours. If you live in Mundelein, I remind you to Shop Local. Ross is a new owner. He took over 6 months ago.

  Our Medical office has been sending patients to Fairhaven Medical Supply in Mundelein for Medical items quite frequently since the new ownership has taken over recently. Our patients are extremely happy with products like Walkers, Wheel Chairs, Lifts Chairs etc. they bought and appreciate the personal service they receive. We feel that Fairhaven has been doing a wonderful job of providing much needed services for the elderly population in our community.

  My mother was being discharged last minute and i called around for both a hospital bed and a lift chair. No other medical supply store offered same day delivery other than Fair Haven Medical. Not only did they deliver on the spot, they were very fairly priced!! The owner is
  VERY nice AND knowledgeable with all his equipment and options. 5 stars are well deserved indeed!

  Very friendly and helpful. My mother asked me to stop by and pick some things for my grandpa. I had no idea what those things were lol, just had a list.
  
  The people at the store went out of their way to help me. They spent time with me, taught me, and instead of pushing the most expensive thing they helped me get the best deal for my grandpa needs.
  
  From what I know this place is under new management. I have no idea of what it was like before. The service is awesome and you will not be disappointed.
