“Great barbers! Edward and Brandon are awesome. Might be a little high in price for many, but they are very skilled, work with precision and knowledge to get my haircut the way I like it. I do what some call the urban look, a couple different fades. Tried another barber in town who left me to think barbers in this area cannot cut the way I know and like. But Ballards can! Any barber can cut hair, you can use a chain barbershop for a $10 cut, but not any barber can cut and have a face looking fresh. It takes skill and knowledge to get an even, sharp, fresh and great look.”

“This is a super, super thrift store where you can find just about anything and by getting great deals, you are helping people in need. I have found beautiful jewelry, rugs, housewares, clothes and unique artwork. The store is clean and well organized. And trust me, you can find a lot and spend very little. They also have some very good furniture pieces. And, if you are interested in getting pieces to restore, you can find it there. Very nice and friendly people working there. It also needs a major clean up, not necessarily regarding sanitation, but what shows to the average customer like a messy desk behind the counter, sanitation spray next to the soda machine with a rag, brooms and mops in the hallway and you can see right into their back room. Hopefully they get their act together because the food is really good.”
