  I recently purchased a new vehicle at Cadillac of Libertyville and Daniel, Sales Specialist, was extremely helpful. He listened carefully to my needs and was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs and within my budget. The entire process did not take my entire day at the dealership. All staff at this location go above and beyond to assure your questions are answered and your issues are resolved. Keep up the great work, Cadillac of Libertyville!

  I would like to say that the people at Napleton Cadillac did an amazing job taking care of my recent car purchase. We purchased the car from Napleton and it had some mechanical/electrical issues causing some slip in the transmission. We called the folks at Napleton and they got us in at our earliest convenience and worked diligently to make sure we got the car back as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, August, & Keith who's commitment to customer got us back into our new car much sooner than we thought was possible. Thank you so much for your efforts they are greatly appreciated!!!

  I just leased a new 2021 XT5 from Napleton Cadillac in Libertyville. My salesman Dan Praljak and the rest of the folks at the dealership made it a great experience, the best I have had in my many years of buying and leasing cars. A five star experience.
