“My mother in law spent 3 1/2 weeks at Balmoral Care Center for rehab after breaking her leg. After a somewhat rocky start where she didn't receive pain meds for hours and was left on a toilet I spoke to the RN. That was the last time I needed to say anything. Her care from that point forward was wonderful!!! They were very attentive to her needs, the food was good, the surroundings were lovely and we were VERY happy with how much and the quality of therapy she received. They switched it up sometimes coming to her room and doing short sessions and sometimes doing exercises in the therapy room. I can't say enough about how respectful and caring everyone was to her. Thank you for a great experience.”
