“What a wonderful florist! Other places in the area have minimum delivery bouquets that are a lot more than I'd like to spend for a little surprise "Hope you have a great day" gesture. Flower 21 is super easy, more than accommodating and only charge $10 for delivery. In addition they can deliver in 2.5 hours. Easy, done, and willing to be flexible and accommodating to help out a NEW client. As a result, they have earned my business for all future deliveries in this area. Thanks again Flower 21!”

“I've never been so impressed with any other nursing facility like I am with Brentwood North so far. They are quick, helpful, and expedite on assisting in placement. My husband and I didn't know about this place. We happen to come upon it driving down the road it's on. I called and received same day tour later that day. We were very warmly greeted and I saw happy staff and patients interacting on nursing home side. That was a Friday afternoon, then it was a holiday weekend. I called my Dad's present nursing facility to have his records sent to BN and the next day a Director from BN came to visit and talk to him. OK this was not a close trip. I was so amazed, as well as my Dad, someone cared enough to do this being an hour drive each way. Then the next day I received a call my Dad could be admitted. I was so happy and my Dad elated as he's super excited to move into BN. On our tour, I liked in dining area there is a sink for patients to be able to wash hands, coffee available all day and several areas to get fresh water. Everywhere we toured was just beautiful. Soon my Dad will be enjoying his stay at BN. We love that we can come eat dinner with him and will be welcomed to Holiday events there. Where my dad is now its not allowed and BN is so much closer. BN allows family dogs to come visit and my Dad and us are happy about that. It's set on numerous acres in a wooded like surroundings. We saw a gazebo and several outdoor Paris as well. Raised. Garden vegetable bed so. So many nice things my dad will love. Also we saw a lot of trips for residents to attend and activities in the last few weeks listed on a big board for residents to go also. That made us happy. Thank you staff at BN, we can't wait to start his stay there. Everywhere we toured was very tastefully decorated which added much to the warm feel. Several fireplaces and various spots patients can sit in on nice furniture. Large windows everywhere patients can look out. Once he's living there I will write another review and if all is going well give full stars to BN. It's so easy for people to complain about things that I wanted to give our impression of the beginning process of someone looking to live full time at BN.
