I’ve seen the secular educational world and stepping into Trinity as a student was one of the most refreshing experiences of my life. I am in the Biblical studies program. “I LOVE hot power classes with Sally at Surya Yoga. I have been coming to Surya Yoga since it opened in 2015, I switched from Yogaview in Wilmette around the corner from where I live because Sally's classes are more challenging, engaging and I felt like I was getting a much better workout during the 60 minutes there than anywhere else. Sally is a wonderful person and a great yoga instructor. Everyone from beginners to experienced yogis will be challenged! I leave her class sweaty and tired but feeling strong and flexible. Everyone should give Surya Yoga a try!”
