“Good stuff! The "Perform 100" product is their hydrolyzed collagen with added amino acids to make for a complete protein. I use this as a protein supplement after I work out. It's a good way to mix it up from the whey/casein based protein supplements which are usually "creme" (vanilla, chocolate, etc.) flavored. Perform 100 comes in fruity flavors that wouldn't work as well with milk-based protein. I also add the straight hydrolyzed collagen to my coffee in the morning ... not a complete protein but still get all the benefits of collagen (particularly helpful for sore joints in the morning the day after working out). Been taking it for a few years now, 5/5!”

She will go over treatment options honestly and when possible recommend holistic care which I appreciate! I had a ton of questions, so she allowed me to wait when she had another appointment, and came back to hear me out and answer all of them. That is really unheard of! I did not receive treatment of any kind (i.e. surgery) but, I would feel confident that she would be a very considerate and concerned surgeon, if I ever need to go that route! I never write reviews, but when you find someone uniquely deserving of credit for that kind of attention given - in this day and age, I had to take the time to highly recommend her!”
