“Kevin is the founder and is a great guy. My personal trainer is Eric. He’s absolutely phenomenal. My biggest concern was to prevent further injury to areas where I’ve had surgery in the past. He implemented certain exercises that helped strengthen and stabilize my joints, ligaments and tendons.
