“This is my 2nd time getting therapy here. The 1st time was for my shoulder. I don't remember the gals name but she did a fantastic job and I have not had a problem since. The 2nd time was for vertigo. Kent Ravenscroft did a fantastic job treating me with the Epley Maneuver. It worked and thankfully the room no longer spins.”

“After reading the reviews and during my conversation with manager i did mention about the ATM machine. She told that it has been fixed by REPLACING it, I went to this location based upon my experience from Waukegan. This branch was way different from Waukegan. Waukegan seemed flooded with people and there was no order inside. Everybody was running all over the place. I happened to talk to manager at this branch after VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE from 1-800 service I wish all the branches had people like this one has. Manager herself got me seated and jump on my issue withing minutes. The manager took my issue as a personal one and got involved with it till all was sorted out. I haven't come across such nice service for a while especially in a service sector such as banking, hotels, restaurants etc. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with this branch i would request you to go inside and talk, i promise it will be fixed.
