He checked the car and didn't charge me anything which is a HUGE blessing since we are on such a budget . Then they fixed the car and the labor price was wonderful and fair! Unfortunately when my husband went to get the car it didn't work BUT as soon as the shop opened again John was great and cleaned some other parts checked everything again and tested the car multiple times sure enough everything worked great! ! I come here for oil changes, multipoint inspections, and any other needed repairs for my Z4. I like how they provide shuttle pickup/dropoff, i didnt need to use it as much but when you need to leave your car for serious repairs, it is very convenient. These guys are honest and helpful in every way when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I will always recommend this shop to every single european car owners i know that live around the area. I moved to Pleasant prairie WI. But i would not hesitate in coming down all the way to Libertyville to have them do my car service needs.
