Gateway Medical Group - Collinsville

I absolutely love Dr. Kalaher. Her staff on the other hand could be nicer more disciplined to respect the patients. I loved the patient portal but for some reason they blocked me from using it. Makes thimgs alittle harder cause they dont answet the phones amd are in no hurry to call back when lea ing a message. O well guess Ill have to wait till I get to go in and find out why. Other than that they are really great.

Friendly professional staff & nurses. NP Brooks is caring & professional, and takes time to listen to patients. They also get you in appts right away, and answer the phone/return your call. I know that shouldn't be an issue, but I had an MD office in the past that you couldn't ever get through to them on the phone. And took usually a month to get in. This PCP is very accessible! I have been a patient for over 18 months. While the front office staff is not overly friendly but respectful, they were efficent and helpful. Never was anyone rude as I'm seeing on some reviews. As for the medical treatment, IT IS AMAZING. I have a lot of questions. Communication was fantastic. I used the patient portal. I will continue being a patient and recommend them to those I talk too.
